Panqueques
I’ve never been a big fan of pancakes. They get soggy much too quick and end up tasting like mush. On a trip to Mexico four years ago I stumbled upon the best pancakes in the world. Paco prepares them in his hotel seen on the beach in this image. The only thing I could think about while swimming this morning were those darn panqueques.
